Monet Dawkins has been working in the customer service industry since 2001. Monet began their career at Teleservices Direct as a Quality Assurance Specialist, then moved to Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they worked as a Client Service Representative from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Customer Service Supervisor at eDiets.com, and from 2013 to 2016, they were a Patient Service Representative at Hospital Physician Partners. Most recently, they have been serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Immuno Laboratories since 2016.

Monet Dawkins is currently enrolled at Broward College, working towards a Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse degree.
