Alex Johnson is currently the Executive Director of Strategic Capabilities, Insights & Analytics at Immunocore. Previously, as the International Brand Lead for AstraZeneca, Alex drove localization and implementation of marketing strategies for the COVID portfolio and led the US breast cancer marketing team. Alex also accumulated diverse experience as a Strategy Consultant at ZS and L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on market access and revenue growth in the life sciences. Earlier in their career, Alex served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, leading 38 soldiers on combat missions in Afghanistan while also exceeding recruitment targets. Alex holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and is pursuing a BA in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
