Galit Rosen

Galit Rosen currently serves as Vice President and Head of Clinical Oncology at Immunocore, overseeing clinical development strategy and plans, while managing a team responsible for clinical study design and medical oversight since February 2024. Prior to this role, Galit held the position of Vice President and Head of Oncology Clinical Development at Boston Pharmaceuticals, directing oncology clinical activities and leading the registrational strategy for emerging assets from January 2022 to February 2024. Experience also includes serving as Executive Medical Director at Syndax Pharmaceuticals, where Galit was responsible for the clinical development strategy of SNDX-5613 and engaged in regulatory interactions internationally. Earlier roles include Senior Medical Director at EMD Serono, providing strategic direction for the immuno-oncology portfolio and contributing to FDA approval processes, and Clinical Assistant Professor at Phoenix Children's Hospital, focusing on cancer immunotherapy.
