Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership and capital markets. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Immunocore since July 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Financial Controller at Oak Hill Bio from April 2022 to June 2023. A significant portion of Rachel's career was at EY, where roles included Capital Markets Senior Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Associate from December 2014 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes working as an Audit Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and a Staff Accountant at Cornerstone Management Group, Ltd. Rachel's career began at TCF Bank as an External Reporting Intern. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Biology from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, earned between 2005 and 2009.
