Maurisa Croce has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Maurisa began their career as a Technical Advisor at SoftGenetics in 2004 before moving on to become a Lab Manager at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in 2005. In 2006, they became a Graduate Research Fellow at The Ohio State University, focusing on research in an undisclosed field. Maurisa then transitioned to MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2011, where they served as a Postdoctoral Fellow and conducted research in the p53 tumor suppressor pathway. During their time there, they received an American Cancer Society postdoctoral fellowship and served as a research mentor. Maurisa also developed an animal model to study B-cell lymphoma, resulting in a first author publication in Oncogene. In 2015, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Business Consultant, and in 2017, they became the Chief of Staff at ImmunoGen, Inc. Maurisa transitioned within the company to become the Vice President, Product Team Leader for ELAHERE in 2019. As of November 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Marketing at ImmunoGen, Inc.
Maurisa Croce attended Tufts University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology. Maurisa pursued further education at The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2011 and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Genetics.
