Sarah Moore

Sarah Moore is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Pre-Approval Access Strategy for Oncology at ImmunoGen, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at GSK from October 2017 to November 2023, including Director of Medical Affairs Research (Solid Tumors) and Director of Oncology Expanded Access. Sarah's extensive career also includes roles at MSD Australia & New Zealand, Covance, and GSK, where responsibilities spanned clinical research and medical affairs.
