Ashley Pridgen

Ashley Pridgen has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Ashley currently works as the Field Operations Support Manager at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, where they provide on-site and remote support to various center leadership teams, focusing on training, development, and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Director of Center Operations at the same company, where they successfully opened a new plasma center and implemented corporate initiatives.

Before joining ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, Ashley worked as a Manager at Lil' Phil's Tavern, where they were responsible for daily operations, marketing, and sales reporting. Ashley also has experience working as a Senior Program Associate and Executive Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University, where they provided high-level support to two interdisciplinary institutes and contributed to various projects and communications. Ashley has also served as an Executive Administrator at Birmingham, Inc., where they modernized operations and enhanced employee relations.

In addition to these roles, Ashley has worked as an Academic Mentor and Tutor at North Carolina State University, an Academic Supplemental Instructor at Cape Fear Community College, and an Office Manager at Crown LSP Group.
