Lisa Baderoon

Lisa Baderoon is the current Non-Executive Director & Head of Investor Relations at ImmuPharma. Prior to their current position, Lisa held the position of Head of Financial PR and Investor Relations at dotDigital Group plc from April 2012 to November 2017. Lisa was responsible for key aspects of dotDigital's transition from a small email marketing company to a global e-commerce business, including share price accretion, third party broker coverage, new institutional brokers on a global basis, strong media following, and proactive and inventive shareholder interaction including workshops and technology symposiums. Lisa has also held the position of Partner at Buchanan Communications Ltd from September 1990 to December 2011.
