Glen Grandea has extensive work experience in the field of research and scientific development. Glen began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in 1994. Glen then joined the Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Senior Fellow from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, Glen joined Celltech R&D and Celltech as a Scientist, where they worked until 2004. Glen later joined Omeros Corporation as a Senior Scientist from 2005 to 2006 and then worked at Spaltudaq as a Scientist from 2006 to 2009. Glen joined Theraclone as a Senior Scientist in 2009 and worked there until 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Senior Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Most recently, Glen has been with Immusoft, where they initially held the position of Director of Research from 2019 to 2022 before being promoted to Senior Director of Research in January 2022.
Glen Grandea pursued their educational journey starting from 1981 to 1985, when they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Glen then proceeded to enroll at UC San Diego from 1988 to 1993 for their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Immunology.
