Amanda Beatty

Amanda Beatty, CPA has over 15 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Amanda is currently serving as the Sr Director Controller at Immuta since January 2024. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Controller at Praetorian from July 2021 to December 2023. Amanda also held positions at Hossley Lighting Associates, Inc. as the VP of Finance & Controller, where they created the in-house accounting department from scratch and advised the Board of Directors on financial health and future strategies. Amanda's experience also includes being a Senior Accountant at Elevate, where they conducted financial carve-out reports and completed a tax-free spin-off of non-tribal products into a new company. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Senior Accountant at Think Finance, where they assisted with the spin-off of several business sectors. Amanda began their career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche, where they audited a diverse portfolio of clients and managed audit engagements. Amanda's work experience also includes an Accounting Internship at Ace World Companies.

Amanda Beatty, CPA holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the same institution in 2009. In 2012, they attained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
