Kurt Eilersen

Kurt Eilersen is the Founder and Director of Gosu Talent, a company established in December 2018 that connects advanced technology with skilled trades across the APAC region, serving prominent clients such as Immutable, GCI, ARC, and Plastic Wax. Eilersen has held significant roles in talent acquisition and investment, including positions at Immutable, Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, and Businessary. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at TAL Australia, Talent Acquisition Manager at Isentia, and Talent Acquisition Project Lead at Qantas. Eilersen began professional career as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Foxtel and has also worked at Talent International and Salient Group. Eilersen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
