Ryan Clark

Ryan Clark has worked in the medicinal chemistry field for over two decades. Ryan began their career in 2000 as an Undergraduate Researcher at UCSD, followed by a Research Associate role at Biofocus DPI in 2002. In 2003, they became a Graduate Student at The Scripps Research Institute. In 2008, they took on the role of Senior Scientist I at Amira Pharmaceuticals. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Inception Therapeutics, first as an Assistant Director of Medicinal Chemistry, then as a Senior Scientist II, and finally as a Senior Scientist I. In 2020, they joined Tempest as a Medicinal Chemistry Advisor and Head of Medicinal Chemistry. In 2021, they became the Head Of Chemistry at IMMvention Therapeutix, Inc. and currently works as a Medicinal Chemistry Project Leader at Clark Pharma Consulting.

Ryan Clark obtained their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacological Chemistry from UC San Diego between 1998 and 2002. Ryan then continued their education at Scripps Research, where they earned their PhD in Organic Chemistry between 2003 and 2008.
