Jeffrey KM Tan has worked for a number of companies since 2010, beginning with their role as Founding President of Business Synergy Enterprises Society. In 2016, they became a Financial Advisor for One Smart Star Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In 2017, they Co-Founded imortgage2u, myTukar.com - Tukar Bida Sdn Bhd, and Eboss Group Holdings. In 2018, they Co-Founded Rekatonedotcom. In 2020, they Co-Founded O'LIVING PTE LTD. Currently, they are Co-Founder of FINTOS Venture Group and Chargehere EV solution sdn bhd.

Jeffrey KM Tan's educational history includes attending Oklahoma City University from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Prior to that, they attended BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT from 1988 to 1990 and studied Computer Systems Analysis.
