Courtney Lee

Courtney Lee has extensive experience in compliance and project management within the mortgage industry, currently serving as VP of Enterprise PMO at Impac Mortgage Corp. since March 2020, after holding multiple leadership roles including AVP of Enterprise PMO and AVP of Legal Strategic Programs. Prior experience includes various positions at loanDepot from November 2012 to February 2020, such as Fair Lending Officer and Director of Fair and Responsible Lending Compliance, focusing on fair lending statistical analyses and regulatory support. Earlier roles also included compliance analytics and management of loan data. Courtney Lee holds a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Film & Media Studies from UC Irvine, complemented by an educational experience at the University of Cambridge.
