Lawrence Choy

Lawrence Choy is a seasoned professional in the commercial mortgage banking and finance sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Partner at Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation since January 2010. With over twelve years of experience working with various insurance companies, Choy provides commercial lending services across all 50 states, handling transactions from $500,000 to $100 million. In addition, Choy has held roles as Director at Ageis Capital since 2009 and as Senior National Recruiter at Impac Companies since February 2008. As President and CEO of Diversified Financial Services Group, Inc., Choy oversees commercial real estate lending while maintaining connections with 44 hedge funds and life insurance companies. Previous positions include General Partner at ATAL and Senior Branch Manager at Countrywide, where Choy managed a significant loan volume across multiple locations. Choy is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.
