Michael Mazur

Michael Mazur has extensive legal experience, particularly in the finance and real estate industries. Michael currently serves as the VP, Associate General Counsel at Impac Mortgage Corp., where they are responsible for providing legal guidance and support. Prior to that, they worked at M&B, A Professional Corporation for ten years as the General Counsel and Director of Legal Compliance. In this role, they advised senior leadership on legal matters, handled corporate governance, and oversaw litigation. Before that, Mazur served as the General Counsel and Contracts Specialist at LNA, Inc., where they specialized in loan servicing, collections, and litigation. Michael also held positions as a Corporate Legal Counsel at First World Financial | GMAC Real Estate, where they provided legal advice for residential and commercial real estate transactions, and as an Associate General Counsel at TrueSpeed Wireless, Inc., where they handled corporate and regulatory matters for a wireless technology company.

Michael Mazur attended Western State College of Law from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained their Juris Doctorate degree with an emphasis in Taxation. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including active admission to the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, U.S. District Court in New Mexico, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma, United States Tax Court, and U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
