Patricia G. is currently working as the Responsible for culture at Impackta, focusing on promoting the corporate culture and ensuring alignment with the strategic vision. Patricia also oversees people management and training, working to establish the People Management department. Patricia previously worked in HR and training roles at Aigües de Barcelona, Casal dels Infants Per l'Acció Social als Barris, Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya, Centro de Estudios Parker, and Manpower. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
