Jessica Cagna

Jessica Cagna currently serves as a key recruiter at IMPACT, connecting exceptional candidates with dynamic companies, while also holding a position at Federgon since April 2024. Prior to these roles, Jessica spent over a decade at N-ALLO - ENGIE GROUP, where responsibilities included operational management as a Team Coach, overseeing individual objectives, training, and client reporting. Jessica's career began as a Customer Advisor and a Trainer Coach at N-ALLO, along with earlier positions as a Delivery Manager at TNT Fashion and Assistant Accountant at Pme Services. Jessica holds degrees from Haute École Albert Jacquard and Institut Saint-André Charleroi, and is currently progressing through the Federgon Academy.
