David Leclercq

David LeClercq is an accomplished healthcare management professional with extensive experience in consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Impact Advisors since August 2022, LeClercq has also been the President and CEO of C2 Healthcare / Capitol Consulting, LLC since February 1998, specializing in healthcare management consulting and productivity management systems. Prior to these roles, LeClercq held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Georgetown University Hospital from February 1997 to January 2001, where responsibilities included financial turnaround efforts. Additionally, LeClercq worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at West Hudson Inc from January 1990 to February 1997. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
