Maggie Andersen

Maggie Andersen, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Impact Advisors, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Andersen was the Vice President of Human Resources at City of Hope Atlanta from April 2022 to July 2023 and the Market Chief Human Resource Executive at Ascension IL from June 2019 to May 2022. Andersen's extensive experience in human resources includes leadership positions at DuPage Medical Group, Centene Corporation, and an earlier tenure at Impact Advisors. Additionally, Andersen held the role of Director of Human Resources at CEQ, Group, Ltd. and at First Health Group, along with experience as a Human Resource Manager at Celtic Insurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from DePaul University and a BA in Liberal Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
