Patty Marenghi

Patty Marenghi has a diverse background in healthcare leadership roles. Patty started as the CEO & Founder of Lifeline Nursing Services in 1997, eventually becoming the Director of Nursing at Encompass Home Health & Hospice in 2004. Patty then held roles at CareCycle Solutions and Your Therapy Source before joining Optum in 2017 as a Senior Clinical Consultant. At Optum, they progressed to roles such as Director of Clinical Services and Senior Director of Clinical Operations. In 2021, they became the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations at Impact Advisors.

Patty Marenghi completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1993. Patty then pursued an Associate's degree in Nursing at Greater Massachusetts Institute of Nursing in 1995. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Dallas Nursing Institute.
