Ron Boehm

Ron Boehm is an experienced executive with a strong focus on social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director at World Merit Limited since January 2019, Ron leads a global community of young changemakers dedicated to advancing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. As Principal at Boma Investments LLC since 2010, Ron capitalizes on early-stage enterprises to foster innovative and socially sustainable business models. Previously, Ron co-founded RISE Beyond, where strategic planning, business development, and fundraising were key areas of focus. Additionally, Ron owned ABC-CLIO, a publisher of databases and books, from 1981 until December 2022. Ron holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, and a BA in History from The College of Wooster.
