Naila Fattouh

Group Managing Director, IMPACT BBDO Cairo at Impact BBDO Cairo

Having launched her advertising career at Bates Cairo, Naila gained great experience in the beverage industry on the Heineken brand, Fayrouz, successfully launching the brand across MENA. In 2007, she joined BBDO to manage the Pepsi portfolio where her responsibilities widened as she grew to become the Group Account Director on PepsiCo, Mars, Barclays, and LG amongst others. Naila progressed to lead the Planning and Business Development department at BBDO Cairo.

A year later, she joined FP7/CAI, part of McCann World Group, as the Head of Strategy and General Manager overseeing the 150-employee operation and playing a pivotal role in positioning the agency as the 2nd most effective office in MENA and the 8th globally (as per the global Effie Index), as well as garnering global acclaim for the agency at Cannes Lions, D&AD and LIA. As the Head of Strategy, she represented McCann on global stages, speaking at Cannes Lions in 2018 and the Dubai Lynx in 2017 and 2018 amongst others. Two years later she became the General Manager at FP7 McCann, only to join us once again to lead the Impact BBDO Cairo office as its Group Managing Director.
