The business is led by women with experience in both responsible recruitment & hands-on sustainability roles. This combination means we understand the challenges organisations face when moving from sustainability ambition to practical delivery, as well as the realities of finding the right sustainability professionals to make that happen.

Based in the North of England, we are closely connected to the regional business and sustainability community & work with organisations across sectors. Through these relationships we connect talented sustainability, environment & ESG professionals with purposeful career opportunities, while supporting organisations that are defining or evolving their sustainability strategy.

Sustainability expectations continue to evolve as legislation develops & stakeholder expectations grow. Many organisations are still working out what capability they need in order to respond effectively, both now & in the years ahead. We work alongside businesses as a partner, helping them think through the people, skills & structure required to deliver their sustainability goals.

Sometimes this means supporting a business with sustainability recruitment. In other situations, it involves helping shape the structure of a sustainability team, providing interim expertise, or connecting organisations with specialist sustainability consultants. In many cases it is a combination of these.
