Impact Boards Emerging Markets is a non-profit organisation, founded in 2020 (official launch in January 2023), which aims to create an ecosystem for Non-Executive Directors in Emerging Market companies to network, share knowledge, develop professionally and find their next Board position. 

Our membership-based and partnership-based business model is designed to "partner Directors with Directors". Our platform offers a range of high quality services to our Board Directors and Affiliates whilst allowing them to network and share their knowledge with other members in our growing community.

Board members can connect with their global peers and capital providers, learn from first class consulting organisations, meet financial institutions and get corporate and climate governance insights from curated intelligence and research sources, all under one roof.

We are led by a team of Board members and high profile Emerging Market experts with a finance and legal background, each of whom spent 20+ years in top global corporations researching the region and establishing best practices.
