IBG is a professional service social enterprise and works with partners that are committed to maximizing the net social benefits of community development programs. IBG specializes in innovative financing and has experienced PhD experts in finance, economics, gender, continuous improvement and other specializations. IBG also has a robust network of technical partners in developed and developing countries.

IBG works with implementing partners who recognize the need for an evidence-based approach to development programming. These partners want to develop a strong theory of change so that there is complete clarity and detail in the causal logic description of how and why a particular project, program, or policy will reach its intended outcomes. The theory of change will be the key underpinning for the learning of the partner, given the cause-and-effect focus. The theory of change is modeled using a theoretical model, such as a logical framework or results chain, with performance indicators for all stages.

Impact Bridges Group has experts in both observational evaluation methods as well as causal methods that include both quasi-experimental and randomized evaluations.

IBG works with implementing partners on a performance management system. The PMS differentiates itself from monitoring and evaluation in that it aims to inform rapid iteration of program design and delivery practices and allows for dynamic adjustments to improve outcomes.

We want to build bridges that lead to strategic partnerships to improve the lives of those living in poverty. For more information, please visit our website at www.impactbridgesgroup.com or send an email to info@impactbridgesgroup.com
