Hannah Pickard

Hannah Pickard is a seasoned professional in planning and facilitation, currently serving as Manager at Impact by Design, Inc. since January 2021, where Hannah specializes in guiding teams through inclusive and effective planning processes. Prior to this role, Hannah gained extensive experience at the New England Aquarium, where Hannah held various positions culminated in the role of NNOCCI Program Manager, overseeing initiatives focused on climate change communication and education. Additionally, Hannah has contributed to the development of numerous educational programs and has been actively involved in volunteer management and interdepartmental collaboration. Their educational background includes an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Connecticut College.
