It combines multiple large language models for reasoning, synthesis, and clarity—producing transparent, sourced, and actionable intelligence.

The Intelligence HUB is the interface where users interact with ALFReD. It’s a real estate “command center” for data, policy, and market analysis, allowing users to upload documents, ask contextual questions, and generate charts, memos, and reports in seconds. The HUB supports multiple user types—from lenders and servicers to investors, REITs, and policymakers—each accessing curated insights tied to their specific workflows.

Within the HUB, Project Mode enables collaborative, document-based analysis—uploading files, extracting and summarizing data, and automating reports for underwriting, compliance, or market research. Portfolio Mode supports continuous monitoring, combining real-time data streams, economic indicators, and alerts across assets or counterparties, creating living dashboards akin to a “Bloomberg Terminal for Real Estate.”

Built on AWS with SOC-2-aligned security, ALFReD operates on an inference-only model—client data is never used for training. Every output is cited, timestamped, and provenance-verified.
