Robert Robinson

Robert Robinson currently serves as Director of M&A and Strategic Finance at Impact Climate Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include leading M&A initiatives and executing five acquisitions since February 2024. Previously, at Cardlytics, Robert built and led Corporate Development and Investor Relations, significantly contributing to $800 million in M&A and partnerships while optimizing capital structure. Prior experience includes tenure as Senior Manager at Truist, where Robert advanced digital banking strategies through venture investments and supported the largest bank M&A deal in over a decade. Robert also holds experience as an Investment Banking Associate, executing numerous transactions over $1 billion in value. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from The University of Alabama.
