Richard Todd Hammond

Richard Todd Hammond is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in systems engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Impact CNC since October 2021, and also working as an IT Technician at IMPACT CNC, LLC since October 2019, Richard has previously held significant roles such as Technology Solutions Engineer at Ricoh USA, Inc., where responsibilities included installation and troubleshooting of technology solutions and enhancing customer security and cost efficiency. Prior experience also includes serving as a Team Leader at IKON Office Solutions, managing a team of technicians and collaborating with management on operational strategies. Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.
