Albert Lo

As the Senior Director of User Experience, Albert leads the product design and user research teams to create innovative solutions that empower and delight impact.com customers. Albert previously led design initiatives as the Director of UX at Estalea and in various Senior Designer roles at Yahoo!. Additionally, Albert serves as an instructor at the University of California, Irvine, where he teaches, mentors, and inspires the next generation of product designers.
