Gina Phua

Gina Phua is a seasoned professional in customer success and affiliate marketing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at impact.com since July 2025. Prior to this, Gina worked as an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Trip.com and held multiple roles at Acceleration Partners, including Account Manager and Associate Account Manager, where strategic publisher recruitment and optimization for prominent brands were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes managing regional partnerships at Chope and serving as an Air Stewardess for Singapore Airlines, where strong interpersonal skills were demonstrated. Gina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma in Tourism & Resort Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
