Shufang Huang

Shufang Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager and Team Lead at impact.com, Shufang leads a team managing over 90 accounts in the SEA region, focusing on client needs and complex negotiations to achieve business expansion. Previously, Shufang worked at IWD, cultivating client relationships and overseeing software delivery processes for luxury brands, and held a role as a Software Engineer at Works Applications Co., Ltd., where functional improvements were developed for Accounts Payable modules. Early experiences include a consulting internship at HAND Enterprise Solutions LTD. and participation in the Jenesys 2.0 Youth Exchange program. Shufang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
