Carmen Allen

Carmen Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Employer Community Relations Manager at IMPACT Community Action since February 2020, where responsibilities include disseminating program information through various media formats to the Columbus community. Previously, Carmen co-owned DAVCAR LLC, a franchised commercial cleaning business, from November 2015 to 2017. Carmen also held the position of Vice Chair at the South Linden Area Commission from 2002 to 2012, was an Advocate with Columbus LEADS from April 2006 to April 2007, and directed the CMACAO Northeast Teen Drop In Center from March 1995 to August 2005. Carmen is a graduate of The Linden McKinley High School.
