Sue Petersen

Chief Financial Officer at IMPACT Community Action

Sue Petersen currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at IMPACT Community Action, a role held since August 2007 where responsibilities include creating and implementing fiscal policies and procedures. Previously, Sue held the Finance Director position at Columbus AIDS Task Force, managing accounting functions for a nonprofit organization with a $3.5 million budget. Sue was also the Chief Financial Officer at Greater Relocation Group, Inc., where all accounting aspects were overseen and an internal accounting system was developed. In an earlier career, Sue taught accounting courses as an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbus State Community College and founded Petersen, CPA, Inc., providing accounting services to over 1,000 clients. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has nursing education from Grant Hospital School of Nursing.
