Esha Dhakan

Esha Dhakan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2020, they worked as a Research Study Assistant at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In 2022, they became a member of the Nottingham Trading & Investment Society and held roles as a Course Representative and Subject Ambassador at the University of Nottingham. In 2022 and 2023, they worked as a Business Analyst at Mint and as a member of the Nottingham Economics & Finance Society, respectively. Esha also gained valuable insights into the consultancy industry and social enterprises through internships at AIX Investment Group and Enactus Nottingham. Currently, in 2023, they are the Co-Head of Business Development at Impact Consulting and a ResX Residential Ambassador at the University of Nottingham.

Esha Dhakan began their education journey at Gems Modern Academy, where they obtained the Indian Certificate for Secondary Education (ICSE) in Science from 2019 to 2020. Following this, they attended Gems Education and pursued the International Baccalaureate (IB) program from 2020 to 2022. During their time in high school, Esha also earned certifications such as the Trinity Communication Examination from Trinity College London in February 2018 and participated in the Stanford Youth Innovation Program at Stanford University in August 2018.

Esha is currently pursuing a BSc in Economics at the University of Nottingham, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2025. Alongside their university studies, they have also undertaken various additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include a Finance Accelerator Trading Stimulation course with Morgan Stanley through AmplifyME in March 2023, and an Investment Banking program offered by Forage, which they completed in June 2023.

Prior to their university education, Esha took part in the NUS Sustainability Course at the National University of Singapore in August 2020. Lastly, in March 2022, they successfully obtained the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme certification from the International Baccalaureate institution.
