Marcia White

Marcia White is an experienced operations and business consultant with a focus on social care and public health. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Global Leadership Team at Impact Consulting since April 2021, Marcia previously held the position of Business Consultant in Social Care since October 2015, where responsibilities included pre-inspection preparation and long-term strategic planning. Marcia was also a SmartPA Partner from October 2016 to September 2021, providing outsourced back-office support. Prior experience includes roles at Ealing Council, where Marcia worked as a Commissioning Officer in Public Health and as Business Manager for Children & Families, collaborating with various agencies. Marcia possesses an Extended Diploma in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration & Computer Studies from the University of West London.
