Sharaf Alkibsi has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Sharaf started their career in 2002 as an Assistant General Manager at the International Bank of Yemen. In 2007, they joined Yemen Financial Services Co as the General Manager and held this position until 2011. In 2008, they became the Managing Director at Impact Consulting and also took on the role of Business School Dean at Lebanese International University. From 2017 to 2023, they served as the Managing Director at National Microfinance Foundation. Alkibsi's experience includes leadership positions and a strong background in finance and consulting.
Sharaf Alkibsi began their education journey in 1998 at Murray State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, Alkibsi enrolled in Murray State University again, this time pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Continuing their academic pursuits, Alkibsi attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration.
