Prior to this role, David worked at Transport for London as a Technical Delivery Lead, Agile Development Lead, and Technical Lead. David also has experience as a Technical Team Lead at Atkins and as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer. David has a degree in MEng in Information Engineering, Communications, and Control Theory from the University of Cambridge.
