Impact Cx is a certified commissioning firm with over 20 years of experience providing a complete range of commissioning services. As building systems become increasingly complex, the commissioning process must exceed simple check-the-box documentation. We are dedicated to delivering hands-on, qualitative commissioning services to building owners and operators for both new and existing buildings.

We partner as a third-party team member, ensuring systems are designed, installed, tested, and capable of being operated and maintained according to the owner’s needs.
Our unique and scalable approach tailors solutions based on factors like budgetary constraints, short-term facility goals, and long-term outcomes regarding equipment life, operational costs, and energy use.
From the initial consultation to full specification and construction facilitation, we offer a full range of services and develop advanced and often groundbreaking solutions when conventional approaches won’t deliver quality results.
