Will Carter, LEED® Green Associate™, is an engineer, commissioning provider, and project manager with a diverse background in hyper-scale data center construction and commissioning, boasting projects up to 72 MW. They served as a project manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 2020 to 2022, managing a $30 million annual budget and facilitating emergency operations during Hurricane Ida. Will completed a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2023 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University in 2018. Currently, Will holds the position of Project Manager and Commissioning Provider at Impact Cx, as well as working as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft.
