Ron Zielke

Ron Zielke, CPA, CGMA has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Ron is currently serving as the Group CFO at Impact Electronic Solutions, where they oversee multiple subsidiaries involved in engineering services and manufacturing electronics. Prior to that, they worked as a Fractional CFO, providing business and tax advisory services through their own firm, Ronald K Zielke, CPA, LLC. Ron also held the position of Head of Finance & Operations at Kathrein Mobile Communications, which was acquired by Ericsson during their tenure. Ron spent a significant portion of their career at KATHREIN USA, Inc., where they served as CFO and VP of Finance & Operations. Ron started their career as a Staff Accountant at Isler & Co. LLC, a regional public accounting firm.

Ron Zielke, CPA, CGMA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Cascade College in 1982. Ron is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Oregon and Texas, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certified by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
