Isabelle Swiderski is a seasoned Design Strategist, Facilitator, and Ecosystem Builder at Seven25 since April 2006, specializing in entrepreneurial ecosystem development in collaboration with various organizations, including government agencies and foundations. As the Founder and Creative Director, Isabelle has worked with renowned clients such as the University of British Columbia and TikTok, focusing on design strategy and stakeholder engagement for impact-driven organizations. Additionally, Isabelle serves as a Visiting Associate Professor at Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design, and is the Founder and Educator of Protagoniste Network, promoting collective learning for UX designers and impact founders. With experience as an independent filmmaker and roles in the startup ecosystem consulting space, Isabelle has supported initiatives in multiple countries, utilizing expertise in systems thinking and design-led strategies. Isabelle holds an MBA from Brown University and is an alumnus of the Royal College of Art and IE Business School, exemplifying a strong educational background in design and business.
