Karen de Vits

Karen De Vits is an experienced investment manager specializing in private equity impact investing at Impact Expansion since September 2023. Prior to this role, Karen served as M&A Director at EY from June 2021 to September 2023. Previously, a tenure at ING from September 2010 to June 2021 included positions such as Director and Vice President in Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, as well as Vice President and Associate in Capital Structuring & Advisory, focusing on complex financing opportunities. Karen started the professional journey as an Analyst and participated in an intensive corporate banking trainee program at ING, which included various international placements. Karen holds a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School (2009-2010) and a Master in Applied Economics from Ghent University (2005-2009).
