Adrian Miranda is the Co-Founder and CTO of Impact Food. Adrian was previously a Laboratory Operator at Emerald Cloud Lab, a plant-based meat startup started in collaboration with the UC Berkeley Center of Entrepreneurship & Technology. Adrian has also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, San Francisco and as an Advising Fellow at Matriculate.
Adrian Miranda completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology, Data Science, and Chicano Studies. They then received a certification from the UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology in entrepreneurship and technology.
