Kelly Pan

Co-Founder & CEO at Impact Food

Kelly Pan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Food. Kelly previously worked as a Co-Founder at Outhrive and as an External Vice President at ImagiCal (American Advertising Federation). Kelly has also interned as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Market Games.

Kelly is passionate about helping others and giving back to their community. Kelly has worked with Outhrive to connect 160 students and working professionals to 30+ Bay Area small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Through this program, they have helped provide pro-bono consulting services in areas such as digital marketing, finance, and web design.

At ImagiCal, Kelly manages the creative strategy agency's external relations with corporate partners (for sponsorships/events), school campus, and alumni. Kelly also outreachs to and partners with various student organizations and company representatives to plan and facilitate external events related to the creative industry. Prior to the start of the school year, they worked alongside the Executive Team to execute a rebranding initiative to better represent ImagiCal's current internal and external facing values and initiatives.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Market Games, Kelly gained experience in creating and managing social media campaigns. Kelly also assisted with market research and analysis, as well as developing marketing plans.

Kelly Pan graduated from Los Osos High School and then went on to study business administration and management at the University of California, Berkeley. Kelly later obtained a certificate in entrepreneurship and technology from the UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology. Kelly also has a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo from Kim's Taekwondo Institute and is certified in entrepreneurship and small business from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
