Emily Swaddle is an accomplished podcast co-host and personal development coach with extensive experience in climate impact and sustainability initiatives. Currently, Emily co-hosts "The Carbon Removal Show" and conducts research for "The Circular Economy Podcast" while serving as a trainer, facilitator, and coach with Climate Impact Forecast. Additionally, Emily is involved in various projects such as managing the Green Office Movement for Students Organizing for Sustainability International and producing the Oxford Storytelling Festival. Emily co-founded The Busy Optimists' Collective, promoting self-care practices, and has held roles in teaching and community coordination within climate innovation organizations. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Gender Studies from Utrecht University and a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice.
