Joe Simon

Joe Simon has a diverse work experience in the field of technology services and IT consulting. Joe currently holds the position of President at Impact Group, Inc., where they bring cohesive business and technology alignment to organizations in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas. Prior to this, Joe served as the Vice President Service Delivery and Operations at Impact Group, Inc., and played a key role in improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Before joining Impact Group, Inc., Joe held various leadership positions at Office Depot and CompuCom, where they managed large portfolios and successfully executed initiatives for Fortune 500-1000 accounts. Joe also has experience as the Director of Service and IT Operations at SNiP Telecommunications, where they built a team and introduced telecommunication solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, Joe has prior experience in various IT roles, including Vice President, Customer Experience and Service Delivery, Customer Experience Management Consultant, Vice President IT, and President and Founder of their own company, CoNETions.

Joe Simon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business Administration from Peirce College. Joe also has additional certifications in Data Science from Udemy, ITIL Foundations from HDI, and Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
