Impact Growth Partners helps companies improve social responsibility in a practical, impactful way.

Consumers and investors increasingly differentiate between companies that manage for profit only and those that make socially responsible practices core to their operations. According to a recent Cone study, “87% will purchase a product from a company that has taken a stance on an issue they care about... 64% of Millennials consider a company’s social and environmental commitments when deciding where to work.” Businesses are continually adapting to these priorities by becoming more socially and environmentally responsible in order to stay competitive.

Impact measurement tools are increasingly common and highly differentiated. It is overwhelming for businesses to choose the tool that will represent their company’s values accurately. IGP can help you understand the alphabet soup of certifications and identify which can work for your business.

B Lab’s B Impact Assessment is a robust and comprehensive tool; it is broad enough to encompass a variety of categories, yet intense enough to ensure that companies are prioritize social impact in a variety of forms. Utilizing the B Impact Assessment (BIA) enables companies to benchmark and improve their performance on social, environmental and governance issues. Furthermore, joining the B Corp community offers many benefits to certified companies including being being part of a thriving community, marketing opportunities, as well as attracting purpose-driven employees and investors.

IGP makes taking the BIA seamless, minimizing management’s time. We will assess your results, make concrete recommendations for improvements and assist with implementation. When your business is ready, IGP will help manage and execute the B Corp certification process.
