Impact Housing’s business plan centers around our groundbreaking, multidisciplinary approach. Our vertically integrated services model coordinates under the same company the roles of “developer, ”design-builder,” and “property manager” to dramatically lower the cost of delivering new multifamily housing, thus enabling us to offer new housing at rents and in locations that are otherwise unachievable.
